Flower Boy Music (theromanticos.org) is operated by Flower Boy Entertainment [registered legal name and address to be completed], in partnership with Secret Billionaire Empire (SBE) [registered legal name and address to be completed], Accra, Ghana.

What we collect

Artists: name, stage name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, password (stored as a one-way hash), profile, photos, story answers, post plans, uploaded songs and their credits. Listeners who buy a pass: name, email, phone and the order. Everyone: anonymous counts of profile views, previews, plays and clicks to streaming platforms. No advertising trackers.

Why

To run your account, review submissions, show your profile, plan your content, process payments, pay artists their share, answer you and keep the service secure.

AI

When you use the AI features, your question or your story answers are sent to Google’s Gemini service to generate the answer. Do not put information you want to keep private in these fields.

Who sees it

The Flower Boy Entertainment and SBE team, our hosting provider (Hostinger), our payment provider (SasPay) and Google for AI requests. Your unreleased songs are never public. We do not sell your data.

How long

As long as your account is open. Rejected submissions are deleted after 90 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and your account at any time by writing to us. This policy follows Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
